NOW, DARN IT!

When I was young there was a song with the phrase:
"Send me an angel (oh-oh-oh)".

He was also very adamant that it had to be sent "right now". Or back then, really.

I always wondered about that line. I tried to imagine how that would go based
on the angels in the Bible. Send me a messenger from God Almighty because
that would be really neat. Please, let me have a chat with the archangel
Michael over a cup of tea. We'll discuss how things are going. Oh, and the war.
It'll be a blast for my mind that is set on worldly matters.

I wonder if that guy ever saw an angel? Maybe I should ask him.
